The app is so user friendly and functional. I prefer using the platform to all other booking platforms. Map function is great and they actually have humans doing the support chat who are knowledgeable and super helpful. This has kept us booking for years. The only thing that has me book from other platforms is that Airbnb has no loyalty points out bonuses. Long term users should get some type of perk like on many other platforms

There are payment issues with most international cards and the people who do support do not know how to fix the issue and then close the chat if you ask them anything other than a generic question
