For real though...

To be honest, I always come back to this app. I'm a bigger girl, and I've had knee surgery and this has been the easiest app for me to follow. It seems like every time I use it for an extended period of time. I do much better at hitting my weight loss goals. I also like the fact that I can advance at my own pace. If I don't feel, I'm ready to advance I can keep repeating a certain week or a certain day. It for sure has been the most effective app over the last several years for me.
