OMG my family has been using southwest for at least 20 years. As i got older and started using the interface myself. It just felt stale and hard to use, but i put up with because i liked their deals. I’m excited for this update and hoping to continue more flights with them. Also i frequent certain cities often, since i have family and recreational activities in one place. I want to easily heart or fav those cities instead of having to scroll or search. Its one click to my fav destination. Or maybe even a fav list that when i tap or the to or from. I can select the list and only have to scroll
