Fix-this-app-immediately

I purchased tickets to WC 2026 in January, got the confirmation email and a $700+ charge on my card. Their site says tickets would be available no earlier than May. We’re halfway through May and I have had absolutely zero luck finding my tickets. I’d like to just see them and know they’re there, why are tickets you charged me for in January still not viewable for the match less than a month out? No clear answers on their site and trying to contact a support person is impossible. Where are my tickets???
