I’ve been using Airalo for about three years, but lately the service has been really disappointing. I often buy data and it stops working even though the app still shows I have data left. Support keeps asking me to send screenshots, APN and network settings over and over, and after hours of back and forth nothing gets solved. It feels like no one actually takes responsibility or reads the full case. I just want the data I paid for or a refund. This used to be convenient, but now it’s just unreliable.
