Customer service is a joke! They keep transferring you from one person to another without actually solving your problem. They charge you for services they don’t deliver. I added a stop before requesting the ride, but the driver completely ignored it and drove me straight to the final destination. You can’t even explain the issue to the driver because they don’t understand.
