I’ve contacted the company on multiple occasions to cancel my 3-month subscription because the app is FULL of bugs. It crashes constantly and a bunch of the features just don’t work like checkin and other features. Customer service refuse to cancel my subscription claiming I need to complete the 3-months but they have not fulfilled their own obligations in providing a fully functional app. Don’t expect customers to pay you Mark and Lauren if you can’t provide a functional app that should have been properly bug tested before it was released.
