Subscribed to access magazines, but was unable to get past the subscription gate despite a successful Apple Pay charge. The activation link Magzter sends redirects to their homepage rather than granting access making the subscription effectively unusable. Requesting a refund is equally frustrating. There is no refund option on their website. The only recourse is to email their support team and wait for a response.

You’ll need to buy multiple licenses to cover various devices. Some licenses offer a family version, while others don’t. Their website’s pricing page clearly states, “Award-winning device protection for your family’s computers, phones, and tablets.” However, I discovered that Family Device Security doesn’t include mobile devices, which require a separate license. Another issue I encountered was being unable to log in to my account. Their website returned an error message saying, “Something went wrong.” Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
