I was a long and loyal customer. I didn’t receive one expensive product. I started a claim. I talked to customer service. I requested an analyst, I provided Photos, Videos and screen recording of my conversations with the shipping company confirming the item was lost. The seller uploaded 1 photo that the shipping company confirmed it was falsified. After almost two months I lost the case because of that fake photo from the seller. This app was fine in the past now it’s a hole trying to scam people. Never on the buyers side. I’d recommend to chose other apps and stay away from this one because
