Once again AA has inconvenienced me and my family (including 2 children) and all their other passengers onboard. This is the third time buying straight flights to and the third time I was rerouted to in transit in Miami. Travelling with small children is no picnic. After being up since 6 in the morning for a 2pm trip to JFK from St Thomas, people just want to get home, rather than going through the hassle going to another destination. It’s almost becoming deliberate that your plane will arrive, then you board, the plane, it gets on the runway and then it stops and waits there only to find out
