A once excellent paper has become the stream-of-consciousness journal for angry, woke millennials. Highly manipulative content leaves out the important details. One example is their coverage of transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, an intact male who was given permission by the University of Pennsylvania and the NCAA to join the women’s team. The Times made it seem like the only controversy was that he was taking away all the trophies but that was only half the story. He was allowed to change in the women’s locker room with the women, at least one of whom had experienced sexual assault in the past.
