The ai won’t verify my phone number even tho I wrote my phone number correctly did I do something with spaces or numbers on my phone number I shouldn’t be adding like 966 what am I doing wrong?

Today i went to chess and my account was logged off so i wrote my user and password ( i use a strong password you guys recommend) and it won’t let me log in back to my account please fix this my user is farisjug
