It’s frustrating that I can’t search for anything. No part of it works. I can’t find movies, actors, shows. Just waste time looking through everything to see if I can find what I want. Other streaming services have functional search features within their apps. Why can’t Paramount? It’s not like it’s some discount service. I have sent feedback and received NO RESPONSE. It seems that they were able to find my account to cancel it, but since I paid a year in advance, they could not find my account to provide a credit . They didn’t even think about it and disconnected me when I asked. I should not have to freakin ask, when you cancel service that’s prepaid the refund should be automatic. Several communications happened in which they told me to call my bank. My bank was not involved, it was a credit card transaction on a card that was hacked and I canceled it.
