Bunch of thief’s here is why I said so below
I opened a TextPlus account and paid for the premium service on August 10, 2025. After sending just a few messages to friends and business partners, I woke up on August 12 to find my account suspended without explanation. I reached out to customer care, but no one has responded to my case. This is unacceptable—I paid for a service I can no longer use, and I have not received any refund. I expect either my account to be reinstated immediately or my payment to be fully refunded. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope TextPlus resolves it quickly.
