Exemplifies the ensh¡t¡f¡cat¡on of all that was good with the internet & its services. Although they’re suppose 2 b the ‘smartest ……. in the room’, & 4 all the money, benefits & power, they r ignorant 2 the needs & wants of customers. They get paid 2 change systems & protocols, but we dont get paid 2 keep up with their changes. Useful options & customisations could b integrated retroactively, instead they r removed &/ or changed/ relocated & hard 2 find. Video files r over-written with music added without permission, abilities to organise have been removed. Tech lords have sucked us in & now o
