When i open the app, the Bluetooth pairing for download does not work automatically like the old app. I have to click three levels deep on the menu to find the Device Sync option. This is kind of annoying and i doubt older people or less technical people find how to do this. Click Profile menu> scroll down to “Therapy Device”> click on the device name , in my case under “Primary Device”> Device Sync. And i have to follow these steps every time i open the app to download data from the device.
