FRAUD.com booking

Not sure if this company is writing fake reviews or deleting bad reviews, but they do have a fake review site listed on their page website that list hundreds of fraudulent reviews from their own customer support system, easily knowledgeable by the spelling based upon my previous experience customer support they cannot spell English very well, and it shows in the fake reviews. I received no information from this company regarding my issue. It’s been past the 24 hour checkpoint however the bus company reached out regarding my ticket and confirmed that the site never sent in my ticket payment . g
