There is no way to get your tickets other than installing their app. Problem is that it kept on freezing every time before I could add them to my wallet. Support had no good suggestions other than what I had already tried (remove, reinstall, sign out, restart phone, etc.). Last suggestion was to go to the “mobile ticket resolution” line at the concert venue (good luck with that!). You would think that charging such exorbitant fees they could publish a solid app if they force you to install and use it. Read the recent reviews and you will find this problem is not specific to my iPhone. Anyway,
