So I noticed that google LLC has whopping 1GB of data under iPhone storage. I uninstalled all google apps trying to troubleshoot this and kept only google aunthenticator. Guess what? This app now has 1GB of data. Given this is a tiny app with a very clear and simple mission of issuing login codes, it seems like google is saving its snooping data on users such as myself under app data. I even deleted the app, rebooted then reinstalled it but the one GB is still there. I need an app Developer to explain to me what is this app behaving like this and why and how to stop it!!!

This app is supposed to be a gem of all MBC work. However its riddled with non-stop issues that makes a customer just walk away. We are subscribed through sling. Sling works fine but every few days shahid app requires user to sign off then sign-in again. Today: total outage of service since last night. Hey MBC, please stop taking your customers for granted and fix your app and underlying infrastructure or refund people and apologize for never meeting the very minimal standards not only the so-called promised “crushing” of all other services. I tried to raise a complaint against an employer using e-services. A rotating circle shows up on screen and nothing happens. Probably the app is out of resources on the backend / infrastructure. What a shame. Would be a great app if it works. So I tried to raise a technical support request. However the form sends a reference number and obviously I don’t have one. This is a bad design interface and workflow. Can someone help me please???
