Extremely Frustated Client

I’ve been trying to book a ride for almost an hour but none of the riders accept the requests nor negotiates for the rate. I’ve raised the rate more than what is offered but can’t get any riders. Even if I get accepted they cancel right away. What’s the point of using such apps if I can’t get the ride on time. Don’t know whose fault is this and this makes us the customer really annoyed.
