Extremely Disappointed..

I downloaded this app under the impression it was free. It didn’t mention anywhere that it would charge be a subscription. Two minutes after receiving an email with the charge I immediately requested a refund explaining that I was under the impression this was a free app with no subscription and did not want the app. They denied my request with no reason. I then disputed the denied request and they came back and denied me again. I called Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. I understand if I was using this app for days and then requesting a refund but that wasn’t the case. I co
