I have had trap call for years I missed a payment went and paid for the subscription and the app won’t let me even get passed the pick a plan part. Once I pick the plan says I’m already subscribed which I am subscribed and active per my Apple subscription. I clicked already purchased at the top then tells me it can’t find a subscription for my iTunes account . I can’t get in at all . I’m so disappointed I need an important call and message and can’t access it at all . Pls advise
