Egyptian not black !! Stop stealing our history and belong it as it yours !! Cancel the show !!!!!!!

I ordered 4 items and choosed store pick up , 3 item is ready to be collected and 1 item is not till now , its been a week! I call no one answered, i messaged Facebook zara care page , no one helped me , very bad customer services and till nnow i dont know where the 4th item till now , no one want to help , i already paid for the items !!
