I’ve been trying to log in to the mobile app for ages now, but I still cannot access my account. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, but the issue still remains. This has been very frustrating and is taking a long time to resolve. Please look into this issue as soon as possible and advise on how I can regain access to my account.
