In this week, these 3 errors related with your app or main software hardened our trips: (1) late creation (after departure) QR code, (2) non-idenfied QR code by officer (he approved by his own mobile after rude talkings), (3) assingment to false seats (we purchased 1A and 1B, but driver said 3B and 4B.
