I purchased two of these lamps for a friend of mine struggling with her own demons and didn’t expect it to impact my own life as much as it did. After a deployment I found myself withdrawing from friends and family, intentionally avoiding phone calls and interaction. These lamps are so unobtrusive and soothing, they don’t require any commitment or have any expectations. It’s become a passive form of thought sharing with my bestie and I, seeing the lamp light up in her color brings me easy peace
