It worked great for the first week but it all of a sudden stopped recording in the background. I haven’t changed any settings in the app or in my settings app. Background app refresh is enabled for both cellular and wifi and enabled for RealizD. I do not force close the application. Also, their support email does not exist. I’m not sure if it did at one point but now you get a “failed to send” reply when trying to email support. I paid for the extended insight and most definitely want my money back. Don’t bother downloading the app, it does nothing.
