As a teaching tool, a story of morality and proper conduct this book fails miserably and we have deleted it from our library. In this book Goldilocks, as in the original story, improperly enters the bears house, eats their food, breaks a chair and then sleeps in their beds.. Instead of running out of the house, she is welcomed by the bears with open arms and then hangs out with them! I am sorry but in some states if you illegally enter someone's house steal and destroy property you'll be shot. This book fails as a teaching tool and establishing the boundaries between right and wrong
