I’ve used TextMe with a paid Premium subscription to maintain a U.S. number while living abroad in the UK so I can stay in contact with family and friends back home. Recently, outbound calling stopped working completely. Text messaging still works, but no calls connect to any numbers. Support repeatedly told me their system shows I am located in India, which is incorrect. I live in the United Kingdom and have UK residency. What’s frustrating is that instead of properly investigating the issue, support responses have felt generic and automated. I’ve now been asked to provide sensitive person
