I placed an order on Deliveroo which was canceled without my consent. I only got a call after it was already canceled, and was told I’d get a refund to my bank in 3 working days. The agent (Osama) admitted he canceled the order because of a pricing issue with the baby milk. I understand mistakes happen, but I should have been given options to modify my order, reduce the quantity, or get the refund as Deliveroo credit so I could reorder immediately.
