I have been using this app on and off for about six years. The first three years I used it religiously and was able to lose just over 100 pounds. I then became pregnant with my miracle girl and since then have used it just to keep myself on track and to lose a few pounds here and there as needed. I have always used the free version and not only do I love keeping my calories in check and being able to easily log foods with the barcode the weight log has worked wonders for me. I am not really focused on a number anymore, ever since I hit my goal of 100 pounds. I just like to feel good in my clot
