I was able to track everything for my son’s activities through his Lion rank, but since completing have not been able to log anything for his Tiger rank even though it shows Lion as 100% completed. It says he isn’t eligible for Tiger rank though I’m not sure how if the previous rank is marked as 100% complete. No one seems to know how to fix it. It would be nice to be able to log more than just one rank and then never again. I also have to log in several times in order to use each feature of the
