Their number only redirects to the site/app but there’s no easily identifiable option to actually talk to someone, which is extremely frustrating. The account I made is for my boyfriend, but my mom did one for me in 2017. I have no access to it but my mom passed away in 2021 and I have no idea how to get in to the account. I know the email but not the password and don’t have access to her email to re-access the account by changing the password. It’s been years but I really want to see if any info has been updated/added to my test results. Guess I’ll have to spend the money on a whole new test.
