I recently traveled to LHR from LAX with AA in premium economy. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Average age of cabin crew was 60 and they were hackingly rude. We felt like we were in principle’s office at school. They constantly turned off passangers’ call buttons without asking if they need anything, rushing to deliver food and beverage and never cleaned toilets (not even once which they have to during overseas flights).
