I loved Level 1 French and thus purchased an annual subscription. Once I got to level 2, the quality and subject selection became much lower and inappropriate. French is notorious for having formal (polite) and informal ways of addressing people. As a visitor, you will be using polite or formal way of addressing everyone (from wait stuff to taxi drivers).
