I booked the tour for the Vatican on this app. I had to reschedule due to timing and they issued me a gift card for their website which I then used to purchase two more tours for my trip to Rome. One tour I completely missed even though I showed up early and called their customer service. They promised to call me back and help me. Nobody called me back. Nobody helped me. I was left stranded in a foreign country with no tour walking around asking strangers to take me on a tour. The other tour got canceled about an hour before the tour started. So we were literally in route to the Sistine Chapel
