They basically made it so you can’t use new characters until a few months later where before you could use them immediately and then they added relic delta which completely negates the progress they made in letting you relic characters before being max starred. So for every difference in relic level your characters are heavily nerfed/buffed which takes away the only chance F2P had at winning in PVP. Which means you can have a awful team but if it’s higher reliced by 4 or 5 levels it will immediately lose when before you could actually use strategy to defeat certain teams now it heavily relies
