So, I don’t like exercise until I’m about a mile or 2 into a 5k. Then the happy little chemicals in my muscles are all about going and I am glad I started. Then there was COVID, and hibernation, masks, etc., and I chose to be on my elliptical. The only constant motivation has been the medals and achievements. I will put in the work for a pretty medal.
