I recently purchased a cricut explore 4 to cut out labels for my business. I was able to get everything set up and working quickly but over this past week updates to this app have caused me to be unable to cut anything. Using the same machine I’ve been using and all projects were designed for, the app now tells me that the project is not compatible with my machine. It gives me the option to select a different machine or customize the project and when I select my machine from the list of compatible machines I get the same message again.
