I did lots of research on this product and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive on both the app and the product. However, this is not what I expected at all. The app is incredibly glitchy regularly crashing, lagging, glitching, or just refusing to load. My phone is not old, there is plenty of storage, and my WiFi is fine however these problems persist. For the price of these machines the subscription is already disappointing but it gets worse.
