Click scan passport and a split second later it says the photo is blurry. I have an iPhone 15 and the photo is taken in good light. My wife has exactly the same problem. I suspect the error message is a red herring. Either way it's a frustrating experience.

Every time I use PayPal I'm reminded of the absolutely horrendous currency conversion fees that they charge. I had GBP in my PayPal balance, wanted to send EUR, and was charged 5%. There is absolutely nothing that justifies this fee.

When I now go into my device settings for my edge 1040 all the menu text is in Chinese (literally). My Edge is still English, and so is the rest of the Connect app, but what's going on here?

The hidden fees here are absolutely insane. $55 for a $35 order and you only find out at checkout, and that doesn't even include delivery. I thought AirBnB was bad, but this takes it one step further.

Never even got into the app. Doesn't support regular user/pass sign-up and they don't implement OAuth properly. The cache/cookies/local storage isn't shared with safari, so you need to fully sign in again, rather than being able to reuse your sign-in info from Chrome.

Probably the slowest app I've used in a while. I typically have to fully close the app before opening it each time. First load is then slow and and clicking around is pretty slow too.
