Have an issue in the app that I am unable to resolve from my side (stuck in some verification process). To each of my messages in the support emails thread a new person answered (altogether 6!!! different people) with useless generic ‘help’. The only solution from my side was to delete the app and never use it again. Never experienced such a bad customer support.
