I cannot believe that this app won any awards ever. It is extremely slow. Almost everything. I’ve tried to do ends in an error and I have to start over two or three times. Nothing is intuitive. The interface is confusing at best and at times alarming. If you buy tickets in a group and are looking to check in for just yourself, you have to delete people from the group which makes it appear like you are deleting their reservation. also, did I mention it slow? Did I mention it’s error prone? This is the worst airline and travel app I have ever used.
