Cancellation
I made a reservation with the free cancelation option on April 21st at 12:45 for a check-in on April 24th the following day, due to family issues, I had to cancel the reservation. However, the amount was still charged to my credit card. According to the cancellation policy, cancellations made at least 24 hours before check in should not incur any charges . I tried to contact customer services, but there is no support available, only automated messages. This is very disappointing.
