The UI keeps getting over complicated and they keep adding new types of ads

Sometimes whenever you touch the screen to read something or pause it for a while, and then replay the content again, the top notification bar just stays there, destroying the immersion and making it very, very annoying to watch. Fix that please. Also, downloading issue, the app hesitates to download content almost all of the time for some reason, it just won’t download anything and will be stuck on the “stop download” button and won’t progress the download.
