I use Google Docs as my main word processing software because of its integration with Drive and other Google products, the convenience of fast automatic saving to the cloud, the variety of visual features, and its unparalleled easy-to-understand layout. However, I can't do basic features of my schoolwork with the app. I always have to fix things on my computer once I have access to this again. You can't insert special characters, create hanging indentation, remove line spacing before/ after paragraphs, browse new fonts.
