There is no doubt that Rappi can be a lifesaver when you need something last minute or don’t have the time to go buy something. But that quickly changes when you have an issue and can’t get any help on certain occasions I have had to get Colombia’s SIC involved for Rappi to provide the customer service and solutions which are required by law. Everything with Customer Service is a friction point and should be addressed.
