I registered for the 7 day free trial to see if the service was worth it as I travel internationally often. After following the instructions including re-starting my device, the app shows that I was still “Connecting to FI”. I gave it about 24 hours to connect, which it didn’t. The “high speed data” was .02mbps from a speed test I tried. I tried to trouble shooting by using the “Trial guide” links, none of which work. They all bring me to a page which reads “sorry this page can’t be found” I read online that deleting the App and the ESIM can sometimes help. I tried this in multiple variations,
