I have had two separate encounters with Jack Brown over the phone attempting to solve the issue of why my orders aren’t being picked up or in the system. Each time I have called the person who I’m speaking with is very kind but admits to not being helpful because they don’t really know anything about the pick up process or system. I would absolutely love to hear from someone who does know. I like this cleaners. I like the product they provide. I simply am continuing to experience the same glitch in the app that prevents my orders from being seen by the store for pick up. I have deleted the app
