I was not able to return an item as my proof is not enough. Although the site says i can return the item. The customer care is not helping they just massage me with nice words and promises but the return request always get rejected. The item i bought size is not fitting. I tried many times. I will be very hesitant to buy unless i am 100% sure I want it and it fits.
